Hold on. When did Dreamhost start promising 100% uptime? I was with them from about 2004 to 2012, and my site definitely went down a few times.

I bought into bluehost earlier this year. I like that I have unlimited email and unlimited space for a very low price but it seems like they have issues with their email servers. Surprised they didn’t show up on your list because they seem quite popular and very WP friendly.
