I’ve integrated it with Jotform for an easy way to collect leads without having to retype them like we were doing before.

You get the traffic-generating and customer-engaging benefits of email marketing with which you can directly target your contacts with personalized email campaigns, newsletters, and whatever else you want to do.

Email marketing is still the number one method of engaging with customers, so if you want to reach your contacts on a deeper level. Social media tweets and posts have to appeal to the world web, but with email marketing that lets you segment your contacts, you can send emails that contains what each specifically needs :)

Do check out LeadSquared (http://www.leadsquared.com/) when you have the time. I think it could be added to this list. It addresses most of the common asks of a marketing automation solution and is priced for small business. LeadSquared works well with WordPress; it has a plugin for Contact Form 7 to get those leads directly into LeadSquared and a plugin to capture blog comments to lead. It also integrates tightly with Olark and GoToWebinar. The landing pages module has been rated very well.

It also provides customers the option of using their own Mandrill or SendGrid account for email sending. The integration won’t affect lead scoring, link tracking, etc., as they are all captured and reported in LeadSquared.
